Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Records AI. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Records AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Records AI. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@recordsai.app if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Credits and Payments
Credits are required to generate content. Free credits reset daily and cannot be carried over. Premium credits purchased through the platform do not expire until your subscription ends. All payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Records AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes on any third-party rights. You may not use the Service to generate non-consensual intimate imagery, content involving minors in any sexual context, or content designed to deceive or defraud. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you generate using Records AI. By using the Service, you grant Records AI a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your generated content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
7. Intellectual Property
The Records AI platform, including its design, code, branding, and non-user-generated content, is owned by Records AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Records AI integrates with third-party AI model providers, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of these third-party services. Use of third-party features may be subject to their own terms of service.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Records AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your expectations or be free from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Records AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Records AI at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
